Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Synthiya. By using synthiya.ai, the app, the widget or the API, you agree to them. If you use Synthiya for a company, you agree for that company too.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle data. It is part of these terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to make an account.
- Give us a real email address, so we can reach you about your account.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us right away if you think someone got into your account.
Plans and billing
The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card, and covers 100 reviews and feedback items a month. Our paid plans are Starter ($29 a month or $290 a year), Growth ($79 a month or $790 a year), Pro ($199 a month or $1,990 a year). The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
- Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel.
- Yearly plans renew every year until you cancel. Paying yearly gets you two months free.
- Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added where the law requires it.
- Stripe takes your payment on the day your plan starts or renews.
- If a payment fails, we will email you and Stripe will try again. If it keeps failing, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays safe.
- If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before. The new price starts at your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Free trial
Your first paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you start it, but we don't charge you during the trial. We email you a few days before it ends. If you don't cancel by then, your plan starts and Stripe charges your card.
Cancel any time
You can cancel in a few clicks on the billing page. There are no fees for leaving. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
- Yearly plans: if you change your mind, ask within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full.
- Monthly plans: we don't refund part of a month. But if something went wrong, such as a double charge or a bug that stopped you from using Synthiya, email us and we will make it right.
To ask for a refund, email hello@synthiya.ai from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your local consumer law may give you more rights, and nothing here takes those away.
Fair use and AI limits
AI costs us real money each time it runs. So each plan has monthly limits, for example on how many reviews and feedback items AI reads, how many reply drafts it writes, and how many reports you make. The pricing page lists them.
- If you reach a limit, nothing is lost. New items are still saved. They wait until next month, or until you upgrade.
- Free teardowns and free tools have daily limits, so they stay free for everyone.
- We may slow down or pause use that puts a heavy load on the service, such as scripts that hit our pages over and over. We will contact you first when we can.
Acceptable use
Please don't use Synthiya to:
- break the law or anyone's rights
- upload feedback or personal data you have no right to use
- collect sensitive data, like card numbers, passwords or health details, through the widget or forms
- send spam, or harass or mislead people, including in review replies
- post fake reviews, or reviews you paid for
- break into, overload, scrape or copy the service, or get around its limits
- resell Synthiya without our written OK
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. We will tell you why when we can.
Public teardowns and AI output
Anyone can make a free teardown of an App Store app. Teardown pages are public. They show public App Store reviews and summaries written by AI.
- AI can make mistakes. It can misread a review or miss context. Every point links to real quotes, so check them before big decisions.
- Teardowns describe what reviewers say. They are not our opinion of an app or its maker.
- Synthiya is not linked to or backed by Apple.
- If you make an app and think a teardown is wrong or unfair, email us. We will look at it quickly.
You are responsible for anything you post based on Synthiya, such as replies to reviews.
Your content stays yours
You own the feedback, files and text you put into Synthiya. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only to run Synthiya for you. That includes sending it to our AI provider. We don't use your private content to train AI, and we don't share it except as our privacy policy explains.
If you send us ideas or suggestions about Synthiya, we may use them freely. That helps us make the product better for everyone.
Our service and brand
Synthiya's software, design, logo and name belong to us. You may share and quote teardown pages, as long as you link back to them. Please don't copy large parts of the site or present our work as your own.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Synthiya fast and online. But we can't promise it will never be down, for example during upgrades or when a provider like Apple or Anthropic has a problem. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove something big that you pay for, we will tell you first.
Liability
We provide Synthiya "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Some places don't allow these limits. If you live in one of them, they apply only as far as your law allows.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time on your account page. This deletes your projects and feedback and cancels your plan. We may close accounts that break these terms, or that stay unused on the Free plan for a long time. We will email you before we close an unused account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Synthiya grows. We will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is big, we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Synthiya after that, the new terms apply.
