Questions people ask
Should I reply to every App Store review?
You don't have to, but replies help. Start with 1-star and 2-star reviews, reviews that mention a bug, and reviews with a question. People who read your page see that you care, and the reviewer gets a notice when you reply.
How long should a reply be?
Keep it short: 50 to 120 words is plenty. Apple allows up to 5,970 characters, but long replies are hard to read on a phone. Thank them, answer their point and tell them how to reach you.
What should I never put in a reply?
Never share personal details, like their name, email or order number. Don't argue, blame or promise a date. And don't paste the exact same reply on every review. People can tell.
Is the review I paste saved?
No. We use it to write your drafts and then forget it. When AI is on, the text goes to our AI provider so it can write the replies.
Does it work for Google Play reviews?
Yes, the same advice works there. Google Play has a much shorter limit for replies, so trim the draft before you post it.
